Activities

We love to share our passion for the woodland in all its abundance, and we also love to have fun, so we’re pleased to offer a range of activities available to book during your stay with us.

Join Becky for a foraging walk through the woodland and farm, a great way to explore Gorsddu while finding out about the rewilding work that has taken place over the years. Learn about the edible plants that grow here and how to safely and ethically forage. This is also an opportunity to hear about the restoration of the woodlands and surrounding land, including the stunning gardens around the farmhouse.

Bushcraft with Warren is a popular choice with our guests. Warren initially stayed with us as a volunteer but is now one of the Wildman Team, working on our rewilding and construction projects. Activities include learning more about wild camping skills such as fire lighting, shelter building and trap setting. You can also try out whittling sticks and spoon carving or even make a start on a walking stick! Warren has also set up a field archery and air-rifle practice area, and you can book sessions with him for this too.

Book when you arrive - all information is available at the farmhouse when you check in.
